The aluminum alloy quenching furnace is composed of a furnace body, a furnace body steel support, a detachable furnace top, furnace lining, electric heating elements, a circulating fan, a guide plate, a furnace bottom split door, a dual speed lifting mechanism, a material rack, a quenching tank, a material transport vehicle, a control system, and distribution cabinets/control cabinets, hydraulic systems, etc. There are two types of furnaces: circular and square. The hood is equipped with a lifting device, and the material basket can be lifted to the furnace through chains and hooks. The furnace hood is supported by steel profiles and has a pneumatic (or electric) operated furnace door at the bottom. The bottom frame located below the furnace cover can move and position along the track, and it carries a quenching water tank and a material basket.
